Camelot Comes to Corvallis!  / CHS Music Department

CAMELOT COMES TO CORVALLIS! The Corvallis Music Department along with members of the Speech and Debate team will present the classic musical “CAMELOT” under the direction of Nancy Brown and Doug McConnaha. Music and choreography by Emily Athman. Costumes by Gretchen Speiss of Stevensville.

This beloved 4-time Tony Award-winning musical of chivalry and medieval finery weaves a tumultuous love triangle between King Arthur (Seth Henderson), his wife-to-be Guenevere, (Joanna Avery) and Lancelot (Edward Ryan). Featuring beguiling melodies that defy time including, “If Ever I Would Leave You”, I Loved You Once In Silence” and, of course, “Camelot”. The evil Morgan Le Fey (Lynn Davis), illegitimate Mordred (Easton Powell), the eccentric Pellinore (Devan Sieber) add a dimension to the show that is riveting.

Corvallis High School is excited to introduce this classic musical to a new generation of theatre enthusiasts and their families. “CAMELOT” is perfect for young and old alike.

Corvallis High School performs “CAMELOT” in the Corvallis Old Gym on March 6, 7, and 8th at 7:00 p.m. Tickets may be purchased by calling the CHS office at 961-3201 and will be available at the door. Student and family prices are available.
